suck up!

So I've had fun for about the last week getting the boys little Valentine's gifts together and making their bags and cards. They're finally set out and ready for them in the morning! Daniel had to run out to the store this evening to get one final thing for them that he knew Jacob really wanted! I'm sure they'll just love them!

After dinner tonight the boys each got to have another cupcake from the ones I made yesterday. They were still super duper tasty!

They really were tasty!! There's only one left...might be my breakfast in the morning!

And of course, like father like son...

I'm having a "proud mom" moment right now. HA!! yeah, right.

At least there's still hope for Zach!

And now for the suck up part.

I consider myself an overachiever. :-)

I made treats for the boys' teachers at Preschool. My mom used to always make treats for our teachers when we were younger. I remember carrying the treats in these little boat shaped aluminum foil pans, hoping I wouldn't trip on anything and drop the goodies. My teachers always loved them. It's a tradition I want to carry on with the boys and something hopefully one day they'll think back and remember what a nice gesture it was and  how much their teachers love goodies too!

 I always hear such wonderful things from the boys about their teachers.

I got Valentine's day flowers a day early.

Hopefully Daniel will like a homemade card and a good dinner!
