I think we (Daniel) have created 2 little monsters. Technically I could say it's Bernadette's fault since it was her game they discovered before we bought it  (even though she had nothing to do with them playing it!)...but then, I'd have to blame Brandon since he bought it for Bernadette. Either way, our kids love playing MarioKart. They were talking about it after I picked them up from school and I told them they had to wait until after naptime to play when daddy was home. They were so stinkin' excited! Then I got a text from Daniel saying he was going to be working late. bummer. Turned out okay though because I had taken Copper for a walk earlier today and "promised" Ringo I'd take him out this afternoon. The boys were excited about the idea of a bike ride after naptime. :-)

Zach actually took a nap today. I snuck up to his room and turned his timer off (it was our first day with a timer in his room. He has to stay in there for an hour wether he naps or not. The timer was my last resort with him! I was out of ideas! It's a bit of a "security blanket" so that he knows there is an end to quiet time as soon as the buzzer goes off.) and found him in his bed snoozing, head on top of his Frosty book from his granny.

We waited for Daniel to get home before taking our walk with Ringo. The boys had a good time and we all got some good exercise!

After dinner Daniel told the boys they could play MarioKart. He told Jacob he could play 1 race since it was so close to his bedtime. After probably 5 races we put him to bed! Zach got to keep playing...and he plays just like his mom! (as long as he has fun!!)

They love it!
