Emily's 1st picture!

The first time holding my sweet girl, still in the OR. She was just a few minutes old and I was in surgery for another 20 minutes or so after that!

I was STILL in surgery when this picture was taken. The nurse was posing Daniel and Emily for a great photo!

Soon after she was born. Her temperature wasn't as high as they wanted it to be so we were snuggling!

The boys got to meet Emily just a little while after she was born! Mom and dad brought them up to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.

Zach was just so excited!

Jake thought she was sweet!

isn't her hat cute? The hospital gave it to us. Other than it being a bit big, it was really nice!

She sure has the best big brothers ever!

Of course I've taken even more pictures in the last few days and will maybe get around to posting them tomorrow! We're adjusting well to life with a newborn (again) and the boys are both excited baby Emily is home. I'm thankful to be back home with them too! I was actually able to get out of the hospital after only 2 nights instead of 3 which was a huge relief for me. I missed my boys. (It probably helped that the maternity unit was full!) My parents have been here helping out with everything and they have a couple more days before they head back to Powhatan. Daniel heads into work tomorrow for the day and then will have the rest of the week off to spend time at home with the boys and I. Emily sure is a sweet little baby. It's hard to even feel grumpy with her when it's 2am and she's cooing at me, not wanting to sleep! Hopefully 2am tonight will be filled with snoring!

(and yep, I started this post on the 29th...and am finally finishing it on the 1st. I'll work at getting it updated more frequently!)
