basket kids!

I was attempting to make dinner tonight (pot pie) while holding Emily...I managed to get everything done and in the baking dish, crescent roll crust on the top...and just needed to get it in the oven....with one hand. ha! Lucky for me there was an empty laundry basket nearby (how on earth was the laundry basket empty???).

And there just so happened to be a ruler in it to play with! Fun!

Emily's gotten really good at the whole sitting up thing but I was nervous about setting her on the hardwood floors and then having my hands full in case she toppled.

 

Zach thought he should jump in the basket too!

But he just wouldn't sit still for a picture!
