Children's Museum!

Since the kids were out of school today (no, not for snow.. Professional Day for teachers!) I decided I should take them to the DE Children's Museum. I've been wanting to take them there for a while and just haven't gotten around to it..til today! They loved it!!
There was this giant maze type thing for the kids to crawl through right at the entrance.

We went back multiple times..

like I said, they loved  it.

Jacob was showing Zach the drawbridge at their huge water table.

Zach testing out the draw bridge.

Jacob turned the wheel enough to make a tornado.

Zach used his arms to power the lights.

constructing...

Jacob found stuff he loves.

Zach balancing weights.

they even had a rock climbing wall.... the rocks lit up as you stood on them or grabbed them!

Putting the insides in the right spot! After they did this I told Jacob to push the start button because I didn't think they had done it. He pushed it and it didn't do anything so I told him "it must not be working"...............we started walking away and all of the pieces started jumping! There were little pegs underneath each piece that pushed them all up and jiggled them like crazy!

Back at the rock wall--this was another favorite. I only got pictures of them at the bottom though. They'd get a few steps up and yell "mooooooommmmm! don't let me fall!" so I would set the camera down to make sure I could catch them if necessary! (wasn't ever necessary!)

doing karate on tv! I got a video of Jacob too.

Emily was happy as could the whole time we were there!

Teeth!!! You can see both of them!
