This was Emily's first fishing adventure as well as our first fishing trip of this year!

And then back to his own pole!
Collectively, we caught 14 trout. We caught a bunch of little itty bitty fish that we had to throw back. We also hooked a few other big trout that ended up breaking the lines.
Such a fun time :)
Emily fell asleep almost as soon as we started moving (and yes, she has mud caked on her shoes, legs, and feet!).
and then she slept on the couch for another hour. fishing is exhausting for 2 year olds!
Since she napped so late she was up much later than normal ... how better to spend her evening than to give her daddy a pedicure. I had just painted her nails and her toenails and she thought her daddy really needed to have his done.
