Why am I so tired? grouchy? moody? oh yeah...

This whole 2 kids in T-Ball thing is exhausting!! I'm thankful the seasons will be over before Emily arrives! (We normally have 3 nights in a row of T-Ball, 2 for Zach and one for Jacob... then Jacob has a game on Saturdays too. This week Zach had games Tuesday and tonight and Jacob had one last night. BUSY!!) Throw an 8 month pregnant woman into the mix with a headache and very little sleep and you can just imagine how peachy I am to be around!

Anyways, I'm tired so here's some pictures with very few captions!

Zach's first round at batting tonight:

When our team went out to the field Zach laid on the ground. He said he was a worm.
The worm got fussed at by Coach Dad.

Then the worm became a leech and when half the team raced after the ball, Zach just clung tighter while Daniel walked.
I think he was trying to shake him off... maybe.

Zach played first base... (the kid who gets the ball in the field has to throw it to the first base player.. sometimes the kid that just ran to first base on the opposite team decides to get the ball and it's quite comical! Zach insists on falling anytime he gets the ball.)

at some point he'll figure out that it's easier to throw the ball if he doesn't stick his fingers in the holes!

 I just love his expressions!

At this point he had just run to third base and while waiting for the next kid to bat he decided he'd attempt a headstand. yep, that's my boy. The coach's kid is always the troublesome one!

 running home!

I am totally making my kids neurotic. I make Jacob tuck his shirt in for his T-Ball games. I just think it looks nicer and yeah, I'm weird like that. So, in the 3rd (and final!) inning of Zach's game when our team was out in the field, he decided to tuck his shirt in. Not only did he tuck his shirt in, he pulled his shorts waaaaay up. Luckily it didn't stay that way for long!

And now for last night at Jake's game....(fewer pictures but they're good ones!)

His first time up at bat Tuesday night. (hitting without the T)

He hit it on the first pitch!!! I was so proud of him!

Look at his face!! He was clearly so excited and pleased with himself!

Ready to high five coach Mike before he even got to first!

I just thought this was a cool picture! Not sure how on earth I got the focus to do that!

Fielding. Yes, it's a pink ball. The teams aren't co-ed but the league is so we end up playing girls teams... and of course, the girls teams have pink T-balls.

Aside from being tired and exhausted almost all the time I am very much enjoying watching the boys play sports. They have such a good time and always look forward to it. I know they're both thankful that Daniel is the coach for each of their teams. In a few years he'll get to coach Emily's team too....and I thought we were busy now! HA!

I had a good doctor's appointment today even if I ended up being there for 2 hours when I should've been done after 40 or so minutes. oh well...not like I had anything else that I would've liked to do during my child-free time! (yeah, right!) In 5 weeks and 5 days we'll have a little princess!
