it's been awhile!

We've been sooooo busy lately! First we were busy getting ready for company, then we were busy with company, then busy fixing 2 Thanskgiving meals (breakfast and dinner!), then busy relaxing from a busy day! Our company has all left for now but my Aunt and Uncle will be back tomorrow evening for another night!

Anyways, here's some pictures from our fun filled days....

The boys each had a Thanksgiving celebration at school on Tuesday. When we picked
Zach up he had a pilgrim hat. :-)

We took them to Chuck E Cheese for dinner that evening.

Thursday morning myAunt and Uncle arrived bright and early..somewhere around 5am, then grandma and grandpa as well as Mr. Getty (longtime family friend) arrived in time for our traditional holiday breakfast of kielbasa and pierogies. I made a french toast casserole to go along with it this year. Celia and Marc arrived a little bit later.

I let the boys eat their Thanksgiving dinner at their little table in the living room...and right after I snapped this picture I turned on a cartoon for them. I thought I'd have a nice, peaceful meal with everyone...Emily had other plans. :-) I ate my dinner sitting on the couch watching her play.

 After dinner horsin' around!

Emily had some after dinner bouncin' around!

My Pop with his little dog, Cookie.

Zach thought Mr. Getty needed in on the fun!

Uncle Dan practicing his wrestling moves on Jacob!

Neither Jelly Bean nor Cookie knew what to think about each other.

My Pop treated everyone to breakfast Friday morning at a yummy local place and then the boys thought they'd teach him about MarioKart before he headed back to Amherst.

Pop got pretty into it but wasn't great at it!!!

Before mom and dad left my dad handed out money to his grandbabies. Emily's starting to get the hang of it!!

The boys suggested Grandpa visit more often. :-) He said he couldn't afford to!

But Grandpa, we love you!

We set up our Christmas tree today.
Looks pretty good!
I've been monkeying around with my camera's settings too. . .One day I'll get it figured out!
